During the Christmas season in Germany, artisans would set up booths in front of the local church in a festival style setting for shoppers to make their selections. Celebrating its German roots, Ferdinand carries on this 14th-century custom every year. Enjoy live Glockenspiel, Christmas caroling, samples of delectable foods, plus over 200 booths to shop and browse. Here, you will find everything from arts and antiques to handmade treasures – Santas, woodcarvings, clothing, quilts, candles, jewelry, jams, baked goods, schnitzel, chocolates, and much more. Dinner is included at the landmark Schnitzelbank Restaurant in Jasper, Indiana. Enjoy German food at its finest in an Old-World atmosphere.
