Step into the splendor of Indiana’s Gilded Age on a getaway to French Lick and West Baden Springs where grand hotels, mineral springs and timeless elegance create an unforgettable journey through America’s golden past.

Day 1 – French Link West Baden Museum – West Baden Springs Hotel

Upon arrival, we will take a guided history tour of magnificent West Baden Springs Hotel, a true architectural marvel once hailed as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Its massive 200-foot atrium was once the largest free-spanning dome in the world. We’ll learn the stories of the hotel’s glamorous past from the Gilded Age to its revival as a national treasure.  Next, we visit the French Lick West Baden Museum, where we will learn the rich and surprising history of these two small towns through immersive exhibits, rare artifacts and the world’s largest indoor circus diorama. Afterwards, we return to the elegant West Baden Springs Hotel to settle into before tonight’s included group dinner. The rest of the evening is at leisure to relax, explore and take the magical dome light display in the atrium – a breathtaking spectacle of light and color.

Day 2 – West Baden – Stable Tour – French Lick Winery – Home

This morning is yours to leisure time to explore the beautifully landscaped gardens and fountain at West Baden Springs. Then we head to the Stables at French Lick Resort, where guides offer a firsthand glimpse into daily life on the property. Meet some of the beautiful horses and learn about the care and tradition that keep this historic part of the resort thriving. We’ll make one final stop at the French Lick Winery to shop for local wines and gourmet treats before returning home with fond memories of Indiana’s Gilded Age.
